Sean  Barrett

Sean is the senior musical advisor for Six String Place and
is widely acknowledged to be the one of the most versatile
guitarists from the Detroit area. He recently placed second
in the Fingerstyle Guitar magazine classical guitar
composition competition sponsored by the Grammy
winning classical guitarist Andrew York. He has also won
many guitar competitions and is currently working on a
guitar methold book and a solo project. You can find out

Don Warren

Don is the owner and founder of Six String Place. For five
years Don was the guitar instructor at the Williamston
Community Education Center before opening Six String
Place in 2006. Don has participated in many projects over
the years from rock and pop bands to folk music and
acoustic blues.

Don’s expertise is in acoustic flatpicking and fingerstyle
guitar as well blues improvisation and mandolin.
