On March 5th, 2010, March Musical Madness was held in downtown Williamston. The event was sponsored by the Williamston Chamber of Commerce and presented by Six String Place and Limner Press. Many of the downtown businesses had musicians play during the evening. Six String Place held a student concert at Wood and Sons Cornbin, which featured fourty students playing twenty songs. The event was well attended, with over one hundred parents, friends and members of the community attending.
At the end of the evening a number of prizes were auctioned off, including a $200 gift certificate from Six String Place. We would like to congratulate Joanna Hayes, who won the grand prize.
